Chemo Port
This model shows the placement of a chemo port. The model was segmented using 3DSlicer from a CT scan of an 80 year old female, 62 inches tall and 135 pounds. The model also shows the tube from the port to the top of the heart. At age 78 the patient had compression fractures at L1 and T12. Kyphoplasty was used to repair the fractures. As a result the model shows calcium buildup at the compression fractures. The models of the compression fractures and kyphoplasties are available at Embodi3D.
